Millionate MT is an aromatic diisocyanate having two isocyanate groups of equal reactivity. Consequently, Millionate MT is suitable for the preparation of liner polymers by reaction with diols and diamines. Millionate MT is widely used for the production of elastomers, artificial and synthetic leather, spandex (polyurethane fibers), shoe soles, coatings, and adhesives.
Millionate MR Series consists of pure-MDI and polymerized-MDI. Millionate MR Series are used in applications such as rigid, semi-rigid, and integral skin foams, as well as coatings, adhesives and elastomers. In addition, MR series low viscosity polymeric MDI grades are also available. These are used primarily in spray foam applications and exhibit superior compatibility with polyols. Inherent fast reactivity of Millionate MR Series makes them suitable for use in coatings and adhesives.
Millionate MTL Series are based on MDI are polyisocyanates that have been partially converted to carbodiimides. These products, being liquid at room temperature and easy to handle, have applications in the manufacturing of ISF (integral skin foams), elastomers, and others.
Blended isocyanates possess the advantages of TDI and MDI. These polyisocyanates, specially developed for cold cure system, are mainly used for the manufacture of HR (high resilience) flexible foam.
Polyol modified isocyanates are recommended for use in the production of automobile parts.
