Fly ash heavy metal chelating agents: TS Series
TS series are piperazine-based heavy metal treatment chelating agents with high-quality performance that are environmentally-friendly.
■ High-performance:
1. Insolubilizes heavy metals below the landfill standard value with only a small amount of addition
2. Fly ash generated from various incinerators such as Cr6+ can be treated by TS-400.
■ Safety
1. No CS2 gas (hazardous gas) is generated in the process.
2. Does not contain thiuram (hazardous material).
Examples:The chelating agents of the TS series are used at more than 50 waste incineration plants in Japan.
*See product lineup for details.
■ Application: Treating various fly ash resulting from incineration of garbage and industrial refuse.
■ Target heavy metals: Hg, Pb, Cd, Cu, Zn, etc.
■ Usage
1. Mix TS series and water to fly ash.
2. After confirming that the concentration of heavy metals eluted from treated fly ash is less than the landfill standard, transport the treated fly ash to the landfill site.
TS series chelating agents react with divalent metals (M2+) to form a water-insoluble chelate complex.
We contribute to:
- the formation of a green society by preventing the environmental spill of heavy metals.
- the formation of a safe operational environment by reducing toxic carbon disulfide gas generation.

Wastewater heavy metal chelating agents: TX Series
■ High-performance: Removes heavy metals to a level below the wastewater standard value
■ Cost-saving: Reduces amount of sludge and other chemical agents
■ Safety: No toxic hydrogen sulfide gas generation during wastewater treatment
*See product lineup for details
■ Used to remove heavy metals from various industrial wastewater.
■Target metal: Zinc, Copper, Mercury, Nickel, Cadmium, lead, etc.
■Applications: Various plating, printed circuit boards, garbage incinerator wastewater, etc.
1.The TX series chemically bonds with heavy metals that are dissolved in water, making heavy metals water-insoluble (flocs).
2.A flocculant is added to make the flocs settle at the bottom as sludge.
3.By separating the supernatant from sludge, wastewater (discharged water) from which heavy metals have been removed can be obtained.
We contribute to reducing impact on the environment impact by:
- removing heavy metals, which are one of the main substances causing environmental pollution.
- contributing to the creation of a safe operational environment by eliminating toxic hydrogen sulfide gas generation.
[TX-55] received the 50th Japan Chemical Industry Association Technical Award for Environmental Technology.
Samples of TX series can be sent for your evaluation.
