Tokyo, Japan—Tosoh Corporation received the initial assessment results from the Tokyo Stock Exchange (TSE) on July 9, 2021, confirming Tosoh satisfied the listing criteria for the new market segment, Prime Market.
Given the results, the Board of Directors resolved at its meeting held on November 30, 2021, to select and submit an application for listing on the TSE Prime Market.
Tosoh will hereby initiate procedures related to its application for selection to the Prime Market in line with the schedule set forth by the TSE.
