Tokyo, Japan— In light of recent trends in business performance, Tosoh Corporation has revised the full-year fiscal 2021 consolidated financial results it forecasted on October 30, 2020.

Reasons for the difference and revisions

Net sales, operating income, and all other profit indicators are expected to surpass the previously issued forecast due to improvements in overseas market conditions, primarily for the chlor-alkali business.
